Today is Taylor's 16th birthday!! Wow! We can't believe he is 16 years old. It is amazing how quickly he grew up. He has turned out to be quite a wonderful young man. We are so proud of him. He has taken on many responsibilities since Tim has been gone to Afghanistan. We couldn't ask for a better son. Although Tim is far away, he skyped this morning as Taylor blew out his candles on 16 'sprinkled donuts' and opened a few of his presents. It won't be long now before he heads out to take his driver's test for his license. He's been busy with playing tennis, teaching tennis and he will be going for a few weeks to Hopes' Tennis Camp starting tomorrow. He is playing summer hockey a few nights a week and his team will be going to a tournament at the end of July. We've got to cram in a few days at the beach, too.
Happy 16th Birthday Taylor!! We hope this year is full of fun and adventure for you. Be careful as you drive out on the road by yourself--remember you will always be our 'little boy.'
